Recreating the cutie marks would make all of these that much more mind-blowing. This is an absolutely fantastic concept, and I'm feeling compelled to borrow the idea.
As far as this particular picture, aside from the coloring, the pony isn't exactly embodying Wigglytuff, particularly with the eyes being a more seductive mood than wide-eyed like Wigglytuffs. Also, Wigglytuff's hair would probably look more like Bon Bon's or even Mrs. Cupcake's as opposed to the messy curled look (Which I love otherwise).
Coloration texture is fantastic however (jealous), I generally do flat and cartoony type ponies because I work in Illustrator instead of Sai or Photoshop.
Brightening the eyes, the pink of the body, and the white of the stomach would make her much more Wigglytuff-y, and a recreated cutie mark instead of copy pasted would put this right at perfect.
